TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Travel Funds Kids, hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliate Sponsor," shall act as an affiliate sponsor for all individuals and organizations, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Participants," conducting fundraisers under the name Travel Funds Kids. It is explicitly understood that no formal partnership is established between the Affiliate Sponsor and the Participants. By participating in a Travel Funds Kids fundraiser, the Participants explicitly acknowledge that the Affiliate Sponsor is not associated or affiliated with the specific organization conducting the fundraiser, and consequently, the Participants agree not to hold the Affiliate Sponsor liable for any arising issues or concerns pertaining to that organization.
The Affiliate Sponsor shall diligently provide support and assistance to the Participants conducting fundraisers under the name Travel Funds Kids. However, the Affiliate Sponsor shall not be held responsible or liable for the planning, execution, or outcomes of the fundraisers conducted by the Participants.
All Participants participating in Travel Funds Kids fundraisers shall be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by the respective affiliate programs. This includes, but is not limited to, any cancellations, refunds, or issues with orders, which shall be addressed through the respective affiliate programs.
By participating in a Travel Funds Kids fundraiser, the Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Affiliate Sponsor from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation. This includes waiving any right to file a lawsuit or claim against the Affiliate Sponsor.
It is understood that the Affiliate Sponsor, Travel Funds Kids, is a for-profit organization and makes no representation or warranty that it is a non-profit organization.
A proportionate share of the proceeds generated from Travel Funds Kids fundraisers shall be allocated to the associated affiliate programs. It is of utmost importance to emphasize that any and all donations to charitable organizations are conveyed through the intermediary companies with which the Affiliate Sponsor maintains an affiliate partnership, and not by the Affiliate Sponsor directly.
These terms and conditions shall be legally binding and any violation thereof may result in legal action. By participating in a Travel Funds Kids fundraiser, the Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
